Yonatan, what you are effectively saying is that a subordinate who “does not appear to understand the consequences of what he wrote” should be “escorted from the building by security” for expressing his opinions. If that is so, then how is an alternative opinion to yours ever to be aired amongst subordinates? How is a junior colleague ever going to learn discursion? And how is an organisation that punishes dialogue not going to ossify?
